Details:

I hope you have set aside the weekend of November 21 - 23, 2008 for our annual retreat.  Among the items on the schedule - Rick Fletcher will give a workshop on project based learning and Jeffers Foundation wants to talk to you about their support and activities. We will also talk about the new NASA grant that we are working on - something you will hear about next week. There will also be time for you to raise issues and ask for help from one another. Another discussion will be about green charter schools.
 
The cost of the retreat is $150 per person and covers Friday dinner at 7pm, three meals on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.  Please contact our front desk at 888-404-7743 or email fenner@audubon-center.org to make reservations for your school. 
 
More information to follow as we add speakers and hear from you about what you would like.  As always, the networking between schools is essential and important.  We would like each school to bring a report on an activity or action that you can share with the other schools.  In addition, since I am retiring in March, you will meet Katie Kleese who will be working with Steve Dess in the future.
